Have you heard about The Big Give?

A 24-hour, online donation drive, The Big Give provides an opportunity to support over 600 local nonprofit organizations.

From 11am on September 17, to 11am on September 18, donate $20 or more to nonprofits of your choice.

Additionally, “the Columbus Foundation, its family of donors, and community partners are providing a $1 million bonus pool for The Big Give.” This makes donations make even more of a difference.

To make it even sweeter, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Homage, Piada, and Gateway Film Center offer rewards to people who donate.

Action Ohio Coalition for Battered Women
ACTION OHIO Coalition For Battered Women’s mission is to promote quality programs, services, and resources to survivors of domestic violence.

Ladies Go Home Incorporated
The mission of Ladies Go Home Inc. (LGH) is to provide services for women who have been incarcerated to help them reenter society successfully, fully able to adapt to the obstacles that may confront them upon their return.

Mothers Helping Mothers
To provide refuge, support, and guidance to pregnant teens and young adult mothers through housing, mentoring, educational encouragement, and empowerment; and to promote self-sufficiency through exposure to positive networks and positive parenting.

Rwanda Women in Action
To assist refugee women and their families from Rwanda, Burundi, and the Republic of Congo by supporting, guiding, and teaching life skills to refugees as they work towards establishing their social and economic independence in central Ohio.

The Women’s Fund of Central Ohio
To transform the lives of women and girls by mobilizing the collective power and passion of all women working together.
